Host Key/right Shift not working

when installing the OSX VDI Client, right Shift is defined as „Host Key“ and thus not passed to the virtual desktop, this can be changed in the „Settings“ accesible from the VDI server selection screen on startup

Special Characters

With an Ubuntu Guest, using the „German (Macintosh)“ Keyboard results in usable Mac-like Special characters using the RIGHT ALT key
