Step-by-step guide

  1. [root@bsd1 ~]# zfs create -V 64G tank/esxi/XXX
  2. vi /etc/ctl.conf, new target
  3. service ctld reload
  4. check with ctladm devlist

It may take some minutes for the new target to appear in „ctladm devlist“.
